I have been at Gem for almost a year now, and it’s the first time in a long time where you feel like a person and not a number. Friendly staff, everyone looks out for everyone. Management takes care of its most important thing “the people”. Would recommend anyone to buy Gem products or to work here. Gem has inspired me to reach new levels and try new things.

I have been with Gem now for 3.5 years.  One of the things I love about the Gem team is their willingness to share their knowledge.  I have asked so many questions of so many people and each of them took the time to give me a response.  I was welcomed and accepted from the start by everyone from my new coworkers to senior management.  I still come to work feeling happy to be here every day.

I take great pride in being a part of the Gem Cabinets team, which really feels like the Gem Cabinets family. This is a team of good people, and because we care about and support each other we are able to do amazing work together! This company has somehow managed to grow to the size it is without losing the close-knit, personal atmosphere of a small business, which makes it such a great place to work!

Since my day 1 at GEM, there was not a single day when I woke up and felt today, I do not feel like going to work. Everyone here is so supporting, cheerful and has treasure of knowledge. Working with Gem Cabinets has been the best work experience I have witnessed. Being in the office truly feels like working with family and everyone is open to help and support one another. 

Yearly staff events help with getting to know employees throughout the company. Management is friendly and approachable with any type of scenario. With employees working at Gem Cabinets for 30+years proves these facts and feel very grateful to be part of the Gem Family.

Though I am relatively a ‘newbie’ I believe it’s important to give my first impression.  Gem cabinets have been so refreshing and such a positive experience.
