Getting started on your cabinetry project can feel overwhelming—that’s why we’re here to help. We guide you every step of the way, from your first idea to the final installation.
Step 1
Free design consultation
We may be a little biased, but we truly believe we have some of the best cabinetry designers in the business. No need to book ahead—just drop by our showroom anytime Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5, or give us a call to get started.
If an in-person visit isn’t convenient right away, we’re happy to begin the process over the phone or by email. Call us at 780-454-8652, and our receptionist will connect you with a designer who can walk you through the first steps.
To kick things off, we’ll need some basic measurements of your space. Doesn’t have to be fancy, a hand drawn sketch will do at this point—we’ll take care of confirming everything before anything is finalized. From there, just bring your ideas. Whether you’ve got a full Pinterest board or no idea where to start, we’ll work with you to explore your options and uncover your style together.
Step 2
Review your personalized design & quote
Once we’ve got a sense of your space and style, your designer will put together a detailed design package just for you. You’ll receive 3D drawings to help visualize the layout, along with a quote that outlines the cost.
This is a collaborative process—so if something doesn’t feel quite right, whether it’s the price or the look, just let us know. We’re here to work with you and find the right balance. Sometimes that means tweaking the design, choosing different materials, or exploring alternative options to help bring things into budget without sacrificing your vision.
Our designers put a lot of heart into every plan, and your feedback helps shape it into something truly yours. There’s no pressure—we’re here to listen, adjust, and make sure the end result feels like a perfect fit for you.
Step 3
Manufacturing & Installation
Once your design is finalized, your cabinets will be custom-built and shipped to our warehouse. From there, we’ll deliver them to your home, and our experienced installers will typically begin work the very next day. Most installations are completed within 1–2 days, depending on the size of the project.
Step 4
Countertops & Service
We deliver fully assembled cabinets right to your home, which means installation typically takes just a few days—instead of a few weeks if everything had to be built on site. After the initial install, we’ll schedule a couple of follow-up service visits to take care of the finishing touches. Once your cabinets are in, we’ll arrange for countertop measurements and installation. If your flooring is going in after the cabinets, we’ll return later to install toe kicks (the trim pieces at the base of your cabinets) and make any necessary adjustments. It’s all part of the process, and we’ll make sure everything is just right by the time we’re done.
Step 5
Enjoy your new cabinets!
We stand behind our products, we deliver quality materials and craftsmanship, and we only work with manufacturers who do the same. With proper care, you can enjoy your cabinetry for decades—but we’re happy to help if you’d like another update before then.
