We are looking for a Design Consultant to join our team and play a key role in transforming ideas into beautifully designed, functional cabinetry solutions while building strong, lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Design with Purpose: Create accurate, creative cabinet designs using blueprints, specifications, and site measurements.
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Develop detailed quotes, layouts, and 3D renderings thaturn client visions into reality.
  • Guide the Experience: Lead clients through material, colour, and finish selections while balancing design, function, and budget.
  • Be Client-Focused: Meet with clients in the showroom and on-site to review designs, finalize selections, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Keep Things Accurate: Ensure all documentation is complete, approved, and properly recorded.
  • Measure with Precision: Conduct site measurements, confirm appliance details, and account for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requirements.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timing.
  • Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure deposits and payments are secured prior to order release and represent the company professionally at all times.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Interior Design Technologist qualification considered an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cabinet design, sales, or customer service
  • Proficiency in 2020 Design software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a diplomatic approach
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits
