This home is more than just a place to live; it’s a reflection of personal style and comfort. With over 3,000 square feet of beautifully designed space, this lakefront bungalow features a double attached garage, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

Vaulted ceilings and soaring windows create a sense of openness and connection to the stunning natural surroundings. Additional highlights include a spacious kitchen with a pantry, a main floor den, a master suite, a large mudroom, a loft bonus room and a finished lower level with a gym, a basement kitchen, two bedrooms and a family room.

Custom Paint Finish: Dove Wing

The walled cabinetry throughout the Muskoka features a custom Benjamin Moore paint colour called Dove Wing.This colour adds a warm, earthy aesthetic that perfectly complements the home’s natural surroundings. At Gem Cabinets, our five cabinetry lines offer a wide range of colours and we also provide custom colour matching for those special hues that capture your heart.

Dove Wing can also be found in the basement kitchen, the master closet and the home office, which required full custom work to create, thanks to Sarasota’s clear vision.

Maple Cabinetry in Stained Mistral

Contrasting the Dove Wing walls, the kitchen island and all vanities in the three bathrooms are made from maple cabinetry in the stained Mistral finish. This choice adds a touch of sophistication and warmth, making these areas both functional and inviting.

Open shelving in the Muskoka is also finished in Mistral, adding a seamless and stylish element that moves throughout the home. This finish provides a perfect backdrop for displaying personal touches and enhancing the home’s aesthetic appeal.

Additional Colours: Hillside Green and Vanilla

Many custom elements were built specifically for this project, such as the floating shelves throughout the house and the shelves beside the TV in the den.
