2020 Administrator

Summary:

The 2020 Administrator is responsible for entering new orders in BP, sending and receiving confirmations, confirming orders and doing the final layout check.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assign new order numbers and scan orders into BP
  • Approve all orders for production based on requested dates entered by Sales and Installation Coordinator
  • Assist 2020 Order Controller email new orders to Montalco and Norcraft as needed
  • Assist 2020 Order Controller save and print new cofirmations when received, add cabinet price to EPP
  • Pull papers off printer and attach to correct file
  • Scan Stage 2 paperwork to the drafters working remotely
  • Perform the final layout check to issure everything is correct
  • Assist with holiday coverage for 2020 Order Controller and 2020 Supervisor as needed
  • Assist Administration Department with tasks as needed

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Adobe
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communications skills, along with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision and as part of a team
  • Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of kitchen cabinet design and construction would be condsidered an asset
  • Consistently follow up on items/tasks
  • Must be focused and attentive to details
  • Must be able to function with interruptions and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
